Description
The mini CNC engraving machine with laser engraving designed specifically for non-metal processing. This machine used for both milling and laser engraving application. It can process non-metals such as plastic, wood, acrylic, PVC, PCB, wood, or similar material, etc. This mini CNC machine body made up of aluminium and plastic features small size, lightweight, and easy to learn. And also provides a USB interface and GRBL Control.
The mini CNC engraving machine provides a repeat positioning accuracy within 0.1mm, under no-load it is about 0.05mm. As this CNC machine uses a laser, is considered a no-load. In case if engraver used, the precision is depending on the hardness of the material. The engraver machine couldn’t carve 3-dimensional objects. The different hardness of the material, the different thickness of the carving, and the maximum carving thickness is 30mm. The kit includes XYZ stepping motors for the movement in 3 axis. And it supports Windows XP SP3/7/8/10. This DIY desktop engraving machine is a perfect choice for amateur engraving usage with grayscale printing,low-light positioning, and freedom positioning functions. By simply connecting to a computer, we can print images as per the user’s needs.
GRBL controller designed as a no-compromise, high-performance, low-cost alternative to parallel-port-based motion control for CNC milling. It operates on a vanilla Arduino (Duemillanove/Uno) as long as it sports an Atmega 328. The GRBL controller written in highly optimized C utilizing every clever feature of the AVR-chips to achieve precise timing and asynchronous operation. This machine is capable of maintaining up to 30kHz of stable, jitter-free control pulses. The standards-compliant g-codes accepted and tested with the output of several CAM tools with no problems. Arcs, circles, and helical motion are fully supported, as well as, all other primary g-code commands.
